LANDSCAPE DESIGN SERVICES

Landscaping We select the best plants to add beautiful colors and textures to our landscape projects. We have decades of experience. Because of this you are guaranteed to get plants that we are familiar with, we trust, and we know will survive and thrive.	Patios and Outdoor Kitchens Today’s patios and outdoor kitchens are an extension of your home. Perhaps build the Grill Master’s ultimate paradise or let Kulak’s hardscaping team design the perfect patio to fit your outdoor living needs.
Gathering Spaces Entertain and relax with friends and family in a gathering space you love. Maximize comfort and entertainment with fireplaces and pits, pergolas, pavilions, artificial putting greens, and water features.	Landscape Lighting Highlight the features you love to enjoy during the day and accent them at night. All our lighting is installed with a timer so you get both beauty and function.

• INITIAL ESTIMATE WITH NO DESIGN NEEDED- $30
  An initial estimate includes a brief site visit to determine the scope of work to be bid on along with a written quote. Clients should have a strong knowledge of the scope of work desired and provide us with detailed list of action items.
• LANDSCAPE CONSULTATION W/ COMPUTERIZED DESIGN
  A Landscape Consultation is a flat fee $150, which includes a site visit, discussion of landscape improvements, and a formal proposal. You will also receive a computerized image design of the plants discussed. This provides the client with an opportunity to discuss their project goals, plants, design styles, or any other inquiries they may have about their personal landscape. We will invite you to the nursery to go over the design and tour the nursery to see the plants & material in person.
• HARDSCAPING DESIGNS
  Hardscape 3D Designs and Plans start at $375 and are determined after a site visit with our Landscape Architect. Design fees vary based on scope of work and can be applied and deducted from project costs if/when the project is completed by Kulak’s Nursery & Landscaping. Landscape design includes a detailed hardscape/landscape master plan, plant schedule, along with a written proposal.

**Additional Consulting Hours**
These hours are any additional hours to be spent performing site surveys, consulting with clients, if necessary, or making design changes if desired by the client. Consulting hours are billed at $75.00 per hour and will be billed prior to any work being executed.
